There is no war on terror

xexon | 26 March, 2006 03:10

The war on terror is a lie. It has been since it began.

When 9/11 happened in NYC, this so called "War on Terror" was already on the drawing board. I'm not beyond calling the 9/11 attacks an inside job. The Nazi's had their Kristallnacht. The neocons have 9/11.

Now, 9/11 galvanized this country. It brought all citizens together to confront a common enemy. The neocons used this to initiate their vile agendas while we were preoccupied with shock. Slowly, this is becoming more obvious. The huge increase in the military budget. The Patriot act. Domestic spying. The Iraq war.(And the excuses for starting it,WMD) The list just goes on and on.

If there really was a war on terror, don't you think we would have found Osama by now? I mean, really. Its been years.

No, boys and girls. This is not a war on terror. Its a cover for another war. One of dimishing our rights, and making us weak as citizens. One of power and control over the world petroleum resources. Those that are in control of the US, have the intention of using the war on terror as a pass key into the affairs of other nations. So when your country cooperates in this fashion, you are in a sense making a deal with the devil.

I'm not saying that terrorism isn't a concern, but like most nations, we have brought most of this upon ourselves through past actions. Poor foreign policies, geared toward giving oil companies access to Middle Eastern oil is the main cause. Remember the Shah of Iran? We backed this horrible man, who was cruel towards his own people. We backed him, in exchange for Iranian oil. And, we looked the other way whenever he felt a need to be mean to somebody. Then we turn around and did the same thing for Saddam.

Its little wonder the US has a terrible reputation in the Middle East.

The War on Terror is a lie. Don't believe a word of it. What you do need to believe is that these people will stop at nothing to bring about the "New World Order". They will sacrifice any country, including the United States, to get their way. Israel has a big part in this too. No surprises, right? AIPAC hammers away at our elected officials to push their own agendas. Their main preoccupation these days is demonizing Iran and stirring up support here at home for an invasion.

The religious believe that this earth is the domain of Satan. If the US is the strongest here, what is our connection? How did we become so privileged?

Maybe Gaddafi was right?

Maybe we really are "The Great Satan"?

Comment Icon America apologizes for American terrorism against Arabs

Tikyra Angelique | 27/03/2006, 04:08

WITH ALL MY HEART I AM SORRY

I am an American, and with all my heart I want to apologize to my Arab and Palestinian brothers and sisters for the racism and the horrible crimes my country has committed against them.

Our racism is evident in our news, our movies, our T.V. programs. All the prophets of the Torah, the Bible and the Koran were Arab or from the African country of Egypt - I am disgusted at our blatant racism against you when white actors and actresses play Jesus, Moses, etc. or our Christmas cards and Nativity scenes have a white Mary and Joseph. I am also sorry that every Arab character in T.V. or the movies portrays a terrorist or someone with a weapon (never as a police officer). I especially want to apologize for the blatant anti Semitism of our news which calls anyone resisting Israel's horrible crimes against humanity a "militant", or "Islamic extremist" or "terrorist" without condemning the horrific acts of brutal military terrorism Israel's army inflicts on innocent unarmed civilians everyday, while it totally ignores the "Jewish extremists" who occupy illegal settlements and commit horrific crimes such as shooting at workers picking olives on their own farms, acts of vandalism - breaking windows, looting stores, beating up innocent unarmed people, and in one case I know - torturing a man to death for the crime of not being born Jewish.

With all my heart I want to apologize for the racism and horrific crimes against humanity America has committed in Lebanon (our ships fired rockets from offshore causing horrific loss of life and destruction of their cities), Afghanistan (would it be O.K. to destroy Massachusetts, kill tens of thousands of innocent unarmed civilians to search for one man so we could execute him and deny him a trial to prove our allegations against him?), Guantanamo Bay (where we threw out the Geneva convention and in the words of one racist soldier "pen them in cages like dogs" without protection from rain, wind, or cold without toilette facilities or the privacy to use them in the presence of female soldiers; where we could torture them, deny their families and lawyers visitation, where we had military trials to deny them an independent legal council, and totally deny them any appeals process, in which, Bush said, even if they were found not guilty, we could continue to imprison them) and our latest total violation of human rights - the war in Iraq where with absolute irony we condemned the invasion of one country into another country's border (America said absolutely nothing about Israel's invasion of southern Lebanon, the West Bank of Jordan, Sinai of Egypt, and the invasion and brutal occupation of Palestine).

There were no weapons of mass destruction, we killed thousands of unarmed civilians and Iraqi soldiers who were rightfully defending their homeland from our unprovoked attack) We destroyed hospitals, structures providing water and electricity etc. Then we had the audacity to destroy Iraq's currency and replace it with our American dollars so we could control their economy. And to make the rape complete we destroyed as much of their country as possible, then steal their oil, to make money for U.S. to repair (at any over priced cost we wish) the destruction we caused. Then we allow our soldiers to shoot into an unarmed crowd of protesters, and now Bush is allowing our soldiers to shoot looters (or anyone they think is committing a crime) to kill that person in cold blood and deny him or her a trial. With all my heart I am sorry for the horrific crimes against humanity my country America is committing and has committed. Bush did not bring Democracy to Iraq he is imposing Israel's sick twisted version of Democracy with absolutely no regard for human rights.

With all my heart I want to apologize to my brothers and sisters in Palestine - for years the American news made me a mushroom - I was kept in the dark about the racism and horrific crimes Israel committed and is committing in Palestine - I am sorry with all my heart for the hundreds of thousands of your friends and family who were brutally murdered or permanently maimed or crippled for life by the Apache helicopters, the missiles, the M-16 machine guns, and all the weapons we gave to Israel to commit horrific slaughters of unarmed human beings every day in Palestine. I am sorry for the billions of our dollars that were used by Israel to perpetuate their Holocaust on you and your loved ones. With all my heart I am sorry. You are in my heart and in my prayers every day. I am protesting, handing out flyers, writing email, and praying that God will punish Israel for their horrific crimes against humanity and return your homeland to you.
With all my heart I am sorry.

You are so right Xexon. The war on terror is indeed a cover for something else.
