花卷的製作
花卷的製作
選料
面粉500克、溫水230克(根據面粉具體增減)、酵母5克、泡打粉8克、糖粉30克。
製法
1.將面粉、泡打粉、糖粉放入麵包機內，在將酵母用溫水調開後倒入麵包機內。
2.將麵包機調到甜麵包程式(剩下的就交給麵包機吧，這東西的好處就是不用親自揉面揉得手那麼酸，呵呵，真是感謝發明它的人)完成整個揉面和發酵的過程。
3.將發酵好的面團取出用 面丈排出空氣後稍微揉一下， 開成約0.2─0.3厘米濃的薄片，在上面抹上一層油然後均勻的撒上蔥花、花椒、適量的鹽。
4.將面胚捲起來卷成長條然後等份切開。
5.將兩個並在一起在用一根筷子從中間壓一下然後冷水上屜進行二次發酵大約10分鐘，然後蒸20分鐘左右即可。
特點
方便，卷裹如花，美味。
