كشفت مذكرة تفتيش أن الشرطة في مدينة لوس أنجلوس الأميركية وجدت حشيشة الماريجوانا وزجاجات أدوية فارغة في منزل مايكل جاكسون.واشار موقع «بيبول» الأميركي إلى أن الشرطة وجدت كيسين من الماريجوانا، وزجاجة من التمازيبام (المستخدم لعلاج الأرق)، بالإضافة إلى زجاجتين فارغتين من اللورزابيم والديازيبيم، وزجاجات أدوية فارغة أخرى لا تحمل أي إشارة على محتواها.
وكانت تقارير سابقة قد أفادت أن طبيب جاكسون الخاص، كونراد موراي، كان يعطيه حقناً وريدية تحتوي على مادة البروبوفول. وصدرت مذكرة بتفتيش منزل ملك البوب الراحل في 29 يونيو بعد 4 ايام من وفاته، ولم يكن موراي متعاوناً مع رجال الشرطة حيث غادر مركز لوس أنجلس الطبي الذي نقل إليه جثمان جاكسون، رغم اعتراض المحققين على رحيله وعدم تمكنهم من التكلم معه في الأيام التالية.
كما جاء في المذكرة أن يوم وفاة جاكسون، قال أفراد من عائلته لمساعد رئيس قسم الطبي الشرعي أد وينتر إنهم وجدوا كمية من هيروين القطران في غرفة نومه، غير أن المذكرة لم توضح ما إذا كانت المادة المشار إليها هي فعلاً الهيروين.

A search warrant affidavit just released from the search of Michael Jackson's home says "tar heroin in a bag" was found in Jackson's bedroom on June 26.
Detective Orlando Martinez wrote, "Conversations with family members lead me to believe that there may be additional medications and/or narcotics at the location as well as the necessity to confiscate these items for the safety of the minor children."

Family members discovered marijuana in Michael Jackson's bedroom after his death it has been revealed, as the popstar's death was officially ruled a homicide.
Jackson family members initially thought the drug, which is legal in California was tar heroin.
But detectives who recovered the substance discovered it was dope rotting in the master bedroom of his Los Angeles mansion.
Police who searched the star's home the day after he died found marijuana, cigarette paper, the generic form of Valium and other sedatives. According to court records unsealed on Thursday, they also found Benoquin, a bleaching cream, in his room.
Lab tests later discovered that neither marijuana, cocaine nor heroin were found in Jackson's system.

Last night Los Angeles Country Coroner officially stated that the singer's death was a 'homicide caused by acute intoxication from the drug propofol and other conditions'.

The coroner said in a statement that propofol, a powerful anesthetic, and the sedative lorazepam were the primary drugs responsible for Jackson's death.
The list reads like a cocktail of sedatives and painkillers, with other drugs detected in his system were midazolam, diazepam, lidocaine and ephedrine.
The ruling raises the possibility that criminal charges will be made in relation to the case.
Midazolam is a sedative similar to propofol, used to make patients drowsy but not unconscious during procedures such as colonoscopies.
Diazepam,دواء للقلق the generic version of Valium, is used to calm anxiety, while lidocaine is a painkiller and ephedrine is a stimulant.
The coroner said the complete toxicology report remains sealed at the request of the Los Angeles Police Department and the Los Angeles County District Attorney.
The coroner's report is the first official statement that the singer's death has been ruled homicide.
Officials have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of the 'Thriller' singer, who died on June 25 after suffering cardiac arrest at his Los Angeles mansion.
The probe has centered on prescription drugs Jackson had in his system, and it has focused on several doctors who were caring for the singer when he died, particularly his personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray.
Warrants used to search Murray's office have said he is the subject of a manslaughter investigation.
He has told police that he gave Jackson Propofol on the morning her died, but claimed it was to للأرق treat insomnia.
And he said he had been treating Jacko for insomnia for around six weeks, by giving him 50 milligrams of the drug every night using a drip.
He said he feared the singer was forming an addiction and began trying to wean him off the drugs.
But on the morning he died, Murrary said he gave in and administered 25 milligrams of Propofol.
When he checked on him later, he found the singer was not breathing an called paramedics.
