قررت عارضة الأزياء البرازيلية الشهيرة جيزيل بوندشن أن تتعلم قيادة الطيران حتى توفر وقتا خلال رحلة الذهاب والعودة من بوسطن إلى نيويورك. وقال كيث دوجلاس رئيس مدرسة الطيران التي التحقت بها الشقراء الشهيرة في تصريحات لمجلة "بيبول" الأمريكية إن بوندشن اجتازت الاختبار التحريري لرخصة الطيران.

وأضاف دوجلاس أنه يتعين على النجمة الحسناء أن تجتاز الآن الاختبار العملي للطيران بمروحية المقرر الأسبوع المقبل. وذكر دوجلاس أن استدارة بطن بوندشن التي بدأت تتضح بسبب حملها ستعيق توجيه رافع الطائرة، إلا أنه أكد أن أداء الاختبار العملي تحت هذه الظروف لن يكون مشكلة على الإطلاق، مشيرا في الوقت نفسه إلى أن كثيرا من قائدات الطائرات كن يستطعن الطيران قبل الولادة بفترة قصيرة.

ولا تساور دوجلاس أي شكوك في نجاح البرازيلية التي من المتوقع أن تضع طفلها الأول في كانون أول/ديسمبر المقبل، وقال: "إنها (جيزيل) من أفضل الطيارات اللاتي صادفهن منذ فترة طويلة". ووفقا لتقرير المجلة تعتزم بوندشن استخدام رخصة الطيران خلال الذهاب والأياب من بوسطن، حيث تعيش مع زوجها لاعب الكرة الأمريكي توم براندي، إلى نيويورك، حيث تقوم بكثير من الأعمال. يذكر أن بوندشن، صاحبة أعلى أجر في عروض الأزياء في العالم، تزوجت من براندي في شباط/فبراير الماضي.

GISELE Bundchen is one step closer to becoming a pilot!
The supermodel who’s expecting her first child with husband Tom Brady has reportedly passed a written exam for her pilot’s license.
“Gisele hasn’t finished her license yet, but she did pass her written exam,” says Keith Douglass, president of Shoreline Aviation, a company that provides private jets and aviation lessons. “Now, there’s one more step along the way, the practical exam [in the air], which is coming up in another week.”
Gisele, 29, is due to give birth in about a month but she isn’t slowing down. “She’s very dedicated,” Douglass added. “Flying a helicopter isn’t easy it’s a handful, because you can’t stop flying and just cruise, but she’s doing great.” Though she continues to fly “at least three days a week,” “She’s almost to a point where she’s too big to be flying,” Douglass said. “She needs to be able to move the rudder around and she’s getting there.”
“We have pilots that fly right up to the end of their pregnancies,” Douglas added. “She doesn’t go very high, maybe 500 feet or 1,000 feet, which is nothing. She’s always close and can get down quickly if she needs to.” -
