Mucca's missing charity millions

LYING Heather Mills has failed to keep a promise to give most of her £24.3million divorce windfall to her landmine charity.

She publicly vowed to hand over “a large majority” of the cash she gained from Sir Paul McCartney.

Mills, 40, made the promise as the patron of the Adopt-A-Minefield charity in the hope of rescuing her shattered image.

It would have meant handing over at least £12,150,000 to the fund — which helps clear mines from former warzones worldwide.

But a source said: “They have waited in vain for their millions. She’s had plenty of time but sadly it’s yet another untruth by the queen of lies.”

One-legged former model Mills — dubbed Mucca over her porn past — made the vow in May 2006 during her bitter court battle with the Beatles legend.

A representative said at the time: “Most of the money Heather has ever received goes towards supporting her various charities, the main being Adopt-A-Minefield.”

While aides were briefing that she would give “the vast majority of her payout to landmines”, Mills added in her infamous meltdown on GMTV in 2007: “Eighty per cent of my money goes to charity.”

The divorce went through six months ago. Sources say Mills had rapid access to the windfall.

Meanwhile Mucca’s closest aide. Hollywood PR guru Michele Elyzabeth, 58, has told how Mills masterminded a secret smear campaign against Sir Paul.

She claimed Mucca bugged Sir Paul’s chats with daughter Stella, tried to flog family videos in a bid to harm Macca and painted herself as skint.

Michele, who quit after four years with Mills, said: “She is a calculating, pathological liar and the biggest bitch on the planet.”
