أوضحت فيكتوريا بيكام بأنها تحافظ على رشاقتها بالتدريب الرياضي كل يوم ،حتى لا تحتاج لتلميع صورتها التي تنشر في المجلات .تذهب مصممة الزياء للجيم طوال أيام الأسبوع في تصريحها لمجلة هاربرز بازار،حيث يعتقد المعجبين بأن صورها هي و وزوجها في دعايات أرماني تعرضت للتلميع والتحسين من مظهرهما

Victoria Beckham has revealed how she keeps her tiny figure in shape - she works out EVERY day.

The fashion designer hits the gym seven days a week so that she doesn't need airbrushing in magazine pictures.

This may come as a surprise to some fans - photos of her posing for Armani with husband David Beckham were widely believed to have been enhanced.

Victoria makes the admission about her intensive exercise regime while talking about her successful fashion line in fashion bible Harper's Bazaar.

'I didn’t want to rely on retouching,' she said. 'I wanted to look at those pictures in 20 years’ time and say, “Wow, look - after three kids - I didn’t look bad.”'

لاتود فيكتوريا اللجؤ لتليميع ورها،فهي ترغب في أن تنظر لصورها بعد 20 عاما وتشعر بالرضى،فلجأت للرياضة ،ويبدو تأثير التمارين جليا على مفاتن جسدها المشدود القوام.

The hard work has undeniably had an impact on her figure.

The toned and trim 35-year-old features over an extensive 16 pages of the December issue.

Contrary to the expectations of some, Victoria's designs have been acclaimed.

But she reveals she was incredibly nervous when launching her range.

'I felt beyond vulnerable,' she said. 'I’d never known nerves like it in my life. The night before, I got nodules in my throat.

لقد إعترفت فيكتوريا بأنها كانت قلقة وعصبية قبل غطلاقها لأزيائها ،وشعرت بغصة في حلقها،وهو شعور لم يخالجها قط من قبل.

'I’d never felt such anxiety. I was very aware that people were expecting very short clothes, probably quite revealing, and I really went against that and showed the other side of me.'

At ease with herself: Victoria says fashion is more suited to her than singing

Despite finding fame and fortune with the Spice Girls, Victoria also reveals that fashion is more suited to her personality than singing.

وبالرغم من نجاح فرقة سبايس غيرلز،فلقد إعترفت فيكتوريا بأن مجال الأزياء والتصميم يناسبها أكثر من الغناء.

ولقد وصلت لتلك القناعة بعد سنوات عديدة

'I just want to learn as much as I can,' she said. 'I was always pushed into the theatre and dance - it’s just taken me a long time to figure out what I wanted to do.'

And in a frank admission she dismisses her attempts at a solo career, which were panned by critics.

وبصراحة قالت فيكتوريا بأنها لم تكن مقتنعة بكونها مغنية منفردة تغني بمفردها،فالناس لم يصدقوها ولم يقتنعوا بها،وكانت نفسها تشعر بالضياع في قرارة نفسها.
وتعترف بأنها غريبة وتحب السيطرة،وليس من السهل العمل معها،فهي ترغب في إدارة دفة كل أمورها وشؤنها بنفسها.
إنها تعترف بإقترافها أخطاء،ولكنها لا تتقبل أخطاء الأخرين.

'People never believed the solo singing career, and it wasn’t the real me - I was a little bit lost at the time. I don’t mind making mistakes. I just can’t live with anyone else’s mistakes. 

'I’m a complete control freak. I’m not the easiest person to work with because I’m so passionate and being a working mum, it’s a balancing act.'

Photographed by Alexi Lubomirski, the special double-cover December issue sees Victoria wearing a range of outfits - from an Yves Saint Laurent leather bodysuit to her own figure-hugging silk gazar dress.  

It also carries the verdicts of respected fashion designers.

Roberto Cavalli said: 'It’s difficult to create fashion, you can’t just learn it, you have to have fashion in your DNA, and she has it.'

روبرت كافاللي المصمم قال بانه لايمكنك تعلم أن تصبح مصمما،فالتصميم لا بد وأن يسري في عروقك،وهو أثنى على جهودها في مجال التصميم والأزياء،

And shoe designer Manolo Blahnik was equally complimentary.

ومصمم الأحذية مانولو بلاهنيك أثنى على تصميمات فيكتوريا أيضا.

'She’s a creature of today, a total artefact of today,' he said. 'She knows what women want.

'Her things have created an incredible stir, and in recessionary times, this is so fabulous.'

لقد أثارت تصميمات فيكتوريا زوبعة في ظل الأوضاع الإقتصادية الصعبة،وهو شئ مذهل.
