Mothers .. Fight for your rights

IF you don't speak out no one will hear you , you will not communicate and everyone will think you are content.The time has come when mothers should fight for their rights . The right of healthy living the right to have a career while raising your kids .... Why till now mothers are not speaking out.... Why they are not demanding support from the society , why till now they are making their best to be super mothers and at the end they can’t balance.Life is changing , technology is everywhere and the internet is the boss. When you are physically at work you hardly see your boss , and you have to communicate thru email and online, to be professional either with you colleagues, boss or customers . So why should you be physically at work , why would your boss care to see you there when you can follow up your job from home . All it needs is shifting our thinking from tracking the employees attendance to looking for the outcome.We must create the concept of working online and at home in Jordan. I know it's there but not that strong , and believe me it will help not only the mother but everyone who wants to be successful but have other priorities 'coz they will achieve more , they will be responsible knowing that no one cares for their attendance physically as much as they care for their outcome.

Think about it mothers how great it will be to stay at home taking care of your children while being successful in your career.
