The Ragdolls are raised underfoot and share our home with our very busy teenaged children, our domestic cat "QT" and our Chinese Crested dogs, who keep them all in line. Each Ragdoll touches us in a very special way during its limited stay with us.

The first Ragdoll kittens are said to have been born in California to a white Persian queen who had mismated, and after suffering a broken pelvis in a car accident, gave birth to a litter of kittens that flopped when handled. This would be genetically impossible, as the result of a road accident cannot cause the cat's genetic make-up to be changed and so be passed on to future generations.

Ragdoll cats are listed in the Guinness Book of world records as the largest domestic cats, we at Julia's Dreamdolls believe that this attribute in conjunction with the Ragdoll cats sweet and gentle disposition should be nurtured through selective breeding.  We have maintained a high standard in our ragdoll breeding program and have established a foundation stock for many breeders.
