فؤاد المهندس لم يعجبه قرص الطعمية الواحد الذي قدموه له في إحدى المسرحيات فقال : ( طعمياية واحدة ..خليهم اثنين ).. وظل يرددها ..والجماهير تضحك
لم يكن يعرف أن القرص الواحد سيباع بجنيه في بعض المناطق الشعبية في ظل الغلاء الطاحن الذي نعيش أيامه ..والموظفون في الحكومة والأطباء والمهندسون وأساتذة الجامعات ..وكل فئات المجتمع يطالبون بزيادة المرتبات زيادة حقيقية وليس مجرد إضافة ملاليم وقروش في وقت لم تعد فيه للجنيه قيمة ولا قوة ..يادوب طعمياية واحدة
احد الوزراء قال : ان الحكومة لا تستطيع زيادة المرتبات لأن القانون ينص على أن الحد الأدنى لمرتب الباشا الموظف الحكومى المحترم هو 35جنيها في الشهر يعنى 7 دولارات أي 245دولارا في السنة
فلماذا لا نغير القانون ؟ صعب جدا تغيير القوانين !!!!
مصر أكثر دول العالم في تغيير وتبديل القوانين وبسرعة مدهشة
لكن الحكومة لا تريد زيادة مرتب الموظف الذي لا يأكل اللحم ولا يشترى الجاتوه ولا يشم الشيكولاته ..ولا يحصل على رشوة ..ولا يعزم لعشوة.. على حساب صاحب الفندق.. ويقف في طابور الخبز نصف يومه.. ويعود أحيانا ببعض الأرغفة لأولاده ..وفي معظم الأحيان.. يغلق المخبر أبوابه ونوافذه.. فلا يرى خبزا لأن الدقيق نفد
وهى طريقة يراها البعض تؤدب الموظف وتهذبه وتربيه وتدربه على السمع والطاعة ....والوقوف مع الجماعة ..والتصفيق لزيط ومعيط أو زيد وعبيد ..فإذا زاد مرتبه ..ربما تحول إلى باشا حقيقى وطالب الوزراء والمدراء بالتصفيق له.. مثلما صفق لهم كثيرا
زيادة مرتبات الموظفين تعنى عند بعض المسئولين أن الحكومة انهزمت أمام الموظفين الفقراء الغلابة ..والحكومة قوية ومفترية ..أعان الله الموظفين عليها ومنحهم الصبر
مطلوب من الموظف ارتداء الحذاء والبنطال.. وممنوع أن يرتدي شورتا ..أو ياتى للعمل حافيا القدمين وبدون قميص وفانلة داخلية
بعض الموظفين إن لم يكن معظمهم مرتباتهم لا تكفى لشراء حذاء

قال لي : ما هي أفضل وسيلة لدعم الموظفين دون زيادة المرتبات ؟
قلت له : اقترح ان تقدم الحكومة سندوتشا للموظف عند حضوره للعمل به طعمياية واحدة أو عشر حبات فول ..وعند انصرافه من العمل يتسلم رغيف خبز ليرجع لأولاده وأيده مليانه
