A shocking new alliance in the arena of mental health care abuses has been uncovered between the United States and Israel. A corrupt US Department of Justice has been working with a likewise corrupt Israeli Justice Department to bring young professional sex workers into Israel from Hollywood and Las Vegas in order to set up American dissidents travelling to or immigrating to Israel. The targets of these abuses generally figure they got lucky with a wealthy and attractive Jewish date from the United States until these women hit them for money and sometimes threaten to break open their brief cases to get that money.These women are generally armed and dangerous, not nice girls whom you would be proud to bring home to mother and father. The Israeli Justice Department wires the affairs which occur with these women and than begins working with the US Department of Justice to fix civil cases of mental illness and/or criminal cases of sexual wrongdoing against the American men targeted for these abuses. The Israeli Justice Department goes along with all of this for much needed continued financial support from the United States. The US Department of Justice also has similar arrangements with the Justice Departments of China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, and elsewhere. These other nations governments are simply sadistically anxious to help a sadistic US Department of Justice ruin as many of its own citizens as possible. In essence the US Department of Justice people and the Justice Department people of nations who work with them in such manners are criminal human rights violators who have created sexual slaves out of their sex workers whom they work with in such manners. The men targeted with such abuses are usually simply normal, warm, and intelligent people who had every reason to believe they were not doing anything illegal or amoral all along.

Dear CCHR,
Regarding your lead online story on "Ethnic Cleansing and Psychiatry", I myself read recently that it was psychiatrists who helped to mastermind Hitlers "Final Solution". However, in view of the fact that the Jewish Nazi, Dr Theodore Pearlman, who masterminded "The Texas Torture Case", and other leading psychiatric abusers in this era are Jewish, we have a big problem do we not. By the way as I near 54 years old with 2 young kids to raise and as I prove to myself and my family daily that I do not and never suffered from mental illness and that my mind is perfectly intact as I continue to educate myself and my children daily with the psychiatric abuses nevertheless continuing daily as I struggle to survive the associated blacklisting of my vital professional and business interests and daily harassment I do not give a damn about your lawyers assessment that my case does not rank among serious psychiatric abuse cases. I think your lawyer is another sick Jewish professional who is covering for Pearlman and he should have been fired by the CCHR and cited as a criminal psychiatric human rights abuser. In closing here is the new last line from "A Physicians Story of Psychiatric Torture":
"And so the bottom line is I was set-up to be labelled as suffering from bipolar disorder even though and because I do not suffer from this disorder which at times I am no longer certain actually exists. FBI Has Created Abusive American Mental Health Care System

The FBI has been targeting American dissidents for intense satellite transmitted electronic surveillance and badgering. Than based upon reports of anticipated angry and at times chaotic responses, generally in private, to this literal torture the FBI has been having its victims run into the nations concentration camps, or mental hospitals, by local police departments, where direct orders are placed with the psychiatrists to label the targets of this American styled tyranny with schizophrenia and/or bipolar disorder. Orders are also placed with the psychiatrists to put these people on neuroleptics and/or lithium knowing these drugs will cripple these people in body and mind either temporarily or sometimes permanently. Direct orders are also put into county judges by the US federal agents to legalize this tyranny with court ordered psychiatric intervention. This same abusive scheme is used to have sane dissidents labelled as having serious mental disorders and placed on highly toxic psychiatric drugs when they have made the mistake of seeing psychiatrists in private office visits. The FBI has also been torturing the children in activist American families in such manners with an interest in also wasting their young lives with brutal psychiatric abuses. Anyone along this chain of abuses who refuses to take such orders from the FBI knows they will also be targeted to be wasted by the FBI. This has all resulted in the evolution of the most abusive and corrupt mental health care system in world history in the United States.

Mental Health Care Systems Create Poverty

The American mental health care system and other mental health care systems internationally create forced socioeconomic downhill drifts in their victims. The stigmatization of being labelled as being mentally ill by the psychiatrists and court rooms creates serious career problems for the victims of the mental health care system. And, so even if the intellectual functioning of these people is very high and is not compromised whether or not they have actually suffered from mental illness they will experience severe poverty unless assisted to get back into the work force with good career opportunities and a positive attitude of leaving mental illness behind them. However, at present the mental health care system does not promote this positive attitude in dealing with a focus on mental health instead of mental illness.

Citizens Commission On Human Rights Under Investigation

An inappropriate e-mail which I received from Steve Wagner, the Director of Litigations with the Citizens Commission on Human Rights, last year manifested he may be a corrupt lawyer who has been using the CCHR as a front to sponsor the very same type of brutal psychiatric abuses the CCHR claims it is fighting.
Mr Wagner intentionally did not pursue any proper questioning of the issues which I raised about a brutal psychiatric abuse case from Texas in 1988 which I was victimized by and ongoing associated criminal psychiatric abuses by the United States Department of Justice. He than refused to proceed any further with the CCHRs investigations of this case as requested by me and rudely commented there would be no further communications regarding this matter. Mr Wagner claimed that I did not understand what the CCHR does. Well, the CCHR claims on its Website that it investigates and exposes psychiatric human rights abuses. The CCHR also claims it is an activist group which seeks legal remedies and legal reforms to deal with psychiatric human rights abuses. Mr Wagner refused to pursue any of these avenues to deal with the criminal psychiatric human rights abuses which I have been targeted by in the events leading up to and in the aftermath of "The Texas Torture Case".
In "The Texas Torture Case" I was conned into visiting Texas with promises of discussions regarding my professional interests. I went to Texas for such promised meetings due to having heard Texas is a wealthy state and I felt perhaps I could earn a nice living in Texas. I was brutally kidnapped, beaten, drugged, enslaved and tortured in Texas by criminally insane professional enemies who have wanted my mental health care reform initiatives stopped. I was intentionally mis-diagnosed with bipolar disorder by the sadistic psychiatrist, Dr Pearlman, and his likewise sadistic associate, Dr Edeiken, a radiologist. I was than legally stigmatized with suffering from this disorder in a fixed, cursory civil court proceeding with no sworn in testimony and no jury before the ignorant southern bigot judge, Scanlan, who has had a close personal and professional relationship with Dr Pearlman and Dr Edeiken. I was targeted with a court order for 90 days of outpatient treatment in what is for me the alien and hostile state of Texas.
All along all independent, qualified medical and legal counsel aside from my background credentials as a legally licensed New York State physician who graduated from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania with the honors of summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa has confirmed that I do not and I have never suffered from bipolar disorder or any other mental illness. Yet, 20 years after being victimized by this brutal psychiatric abuse case I face daily harassment from the United States Department of Justice coupled with blacklisting of most of my vital professional and business interests. My name and reputation have been turned into trash in my own country by this case and I never actually did anything or planned to do anything illegal.
Mr Wagner therefore appears to have been working alongside the very same corrupt and brutal people who have been responsible for masterminding this criminal psychiatric human rights abuse case and other criminal psychiatric human rights abuses in the United States. This unfortunately implies that Dr Thomas Szasz, the founder of the CCHR, may have been a fraud over the course of his career who may have used the CCHR as a vehicle to further his own personal wealth and fame. Dr Szaszs primary interest all along may not have been in the health and welfare of psychiatric abuse victims as he has claimed.
The bottom line is Dr Szasz may therefore be just another dangerous psychiatrist who has come up with a clever gimmick to gain attention like the pop psychologists often do. This is a shocking finding for the people of the United States and their friends internationally as brutal criminal psychiatric abuses continue daily as sponsored by their own government and all of the god damned psychiatrists while the elitist members of the CCHR chit chat at extravagant dinner parties about the issue and apparently do nothing about it while the victims of psychiatric abuses continue to suffer and starve to death.
The CCHR may also be a propaganda tool which is being used by Dr Szasz, who served in the U.S. Navy earlier in his life, and the CCHR members to make foreign countries believe the United States does not tolerate criminal psychiatric human rights abuses in the country when in fact this does not appear to be the case. To the contrary, the government of the United States along with support from Dr Szasz and the CCHR appear to use brutal psychiatric abuses as a vehicle to crush the minds and freedoms of sane social activists and others in the country just as occurs in many foreign countries. Dr Szasz is as an aside a member of the elitist and dangerous American Psychiatric Association. Dr. Thomas Szasz is a Professor Emeritus of Psychiatry at the State University of New York, Syracuse who has also ignored my requests for assistance to obtain a residency training position in psychiatry at the State University of New York.

A Case Against the American Psychiatrists

In 1995 the American Psychiatric Association began to take the position that the concept of "functional mental illness" in people with normal brains was no longer valid. It has become the position of the American psychiatrists that people who are said to be mentally ill all have nonspecific "structural defects" of the brain along with chemical imbalances in the brain. This dangerous trend in American psychiatric thinking has negatively affected attitudes in dealing with mental healthcare internationally.
As such horrible interventions as psychosurgery become popular again in the United States to treat what is called mental illness just as in the 1930s; nevertheless, specific and reproducible markers for what the American psychiatrists call structural defects along with chemical imbalances in patients brains have not materialized. The American psychiatrists have been acting upon antiquated and nebulous theories and insisting that is progress.
Scores of Americans labeled as "functionally" mentally ill under the old classification scheme, often in courts of law, have not been contacted by the American Psychiatric Association, the psychiatrists who treated them or the courts where they may have been taken to force unwanted treatment, to be advised they do not fit into the new diagnostic scheme of mental illness in the United States and therefore they should no longer be considered to have suffered from mental illness. And, as implied there has generally been no new credible scientific evidence to point to structural defects along with chemical imbalances in these peoples brains.
It appears this frightening new trend in American psychiatry has been deviously evolved by the American psychiatrists in order to rationalize the epidemic of irreversible tardive dyskinesia and other neurological disorders caused by psychiatric drugs and to force recalcitrant patients whose instincts have been aimed at self-preservation into a paradigm of lifetime chronicity of mental illness. Tardive dyskinesia is a very painful neurological illness similar to Parkinsons disease which is caused secondary to brain damage from taking neuroleptic drugs prescribed by psychiatrists. Lithium, the other "trendy" psychiatric drug in the United States in this era, is just as dangerous and causes convulsions and seizure disorders in patients even when the drug is taken within therapeutic levels and monitored as such by the psychiatrists and the courts.
This brutality in contemporary American psychiatry presents the United States with a very serious problem in dealing with the sentiments of the American people and foreign nationals alike insofar as what their perceptions of the United States are. The direction of medical sciences in a nation is generally perceived of as a reflection of the nations socio-political attitudes and vice versa. It is therefore my sincere hope to gain support for my initiatives to reform mental healthcare laws, attitudes and practices in the United States and internationally.

A Brief Comment on the Ignorance of the American Mental Health Care System

The United States has been proving to have developed the most ignorant mental health care attitudes, practices, and policies in the world. Psychiatry and the law are being used to falsely label normal, generally law abiding and peaceful people as being mentally ill so they can thereafter be abused in and by the mental health care system. The psychiatrists and psychologists themselves have proven to be the cruelest members of society in dealing with the critical issues of peoples emotional needs by working to stamp out any hope of productive lives for their victims instead of working to help them enjoy healthy and productive lives. In consideration of the vital significance of the human brain and peoples mental health this implies the United States may be the most ignorant nation in the world. What has been happening is criminally insane sadists have been locking perfectly sane and pleasant people up in the nations concentration camps, or jails and mental hospitals. Fixed, cursory civil court proceedings before crooked judges working with the psychiatrists with no sworn in testimony and no juries are used to legalize this tyranny.

In "The Texas Torture Case" we get a sad feeling for why militant anti-semitic elements who have helped destabilize a very fragile world often have gained so much momentum in this era with a shocking portrayal of how Dr Theodore Pearlman, also known as "The Texas Butcher" and "The Jewish Nazi", has had me tortured most of my adult life in the events leading up to and in the aftermath of this brutal psychiatric abuse case. I have had to convert away from the Jewish faith to protect myself and my wife and children from further abuses from the rigid right wing fanatacism of this diabolically insane psychiatrist. Clearly the nature of the crimes against humanity which Dr Pearlman is responsible for are as serious as the crimes alleged to have been committed by Chemical Ali of the past administration of Saddam Hussein in Iraq. Yet, a corrupt and brutal U.S. Department of Justice refuses to open up criminal investigations of this barbarianm due to clearing complicity by the U.S. Department of Justice in the mental health care human rights abuses which I have been terrorized with over the years and which I am still being terrorized with.
