4. How long is my window to take the exam?

You have 120 days to take the exam once you fill out your U-4 form.

5. What happens if I fail the exam?

If you fail the exam your first time taking it, you must wait 30 days before you can sit for it again.
If you fail the exam after taking it a 2nd time you must wait 30 days before you can sit for it again.
If you fail the exam a 3rd time you must wait six months before you can take it again!

6. When can I take the Series 7?

You can sit for the Series 7 exam any day of the week (including Saturdays & Sundays)

7. I had my Series 7 a few years ago but left finance, do I have to take it again?
Yes. You must be with a FINRA registered firm in order to maintain your license, and can only leave the industry for 2 years before you loose this license.

The Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) is responsible for assigning these numbers. There are public and private AS numbers like private and public IP addresses 642-503. Administrative distance defines the reliability of a routing protocol.
