Had everyone and everything been perfect, this world would have transformed into a Utopia. But alas! None of us can really be a perfectionist in whatever we do. The same goes true for Sutherland Global Services. Sutherland has always done its share of righteousness and is being lashed back with the filthy remarks that make hair stand at end. I am working with this firm since last year and have had one of the most befitting training and experience I wouldn’t have ever dreamt of anywhere else.

Having worked for a top class call centre before joining Sutherland Global Services I know that for every other company an employee is nothing more than a resource. But Sutherland Global Services values its people to the highest degree and is a great place to learn and work. It is sad to see made up stories by a group of miscreants who perhaps had a bad experience with Sutherland Global due to their own conduct and performance. In spite of their faults, they have the tendency for nitpicking.

Working conditions in Sutherland Windsor Canada are alleged to be worse, but the real picture is light years away from these hollow allegations. Work culture at Sutherland Global Services is excellent with the management working as a catalyst in our morale boosting. There are enough breaks, proper commissions, and bonuses to propel an employee to give his best shot. The workforce of such large size speaks volumes about the prevailing conditions in Sutherland Global Services. Had they been worse, every single employee would have run out of the door. But pessimists are a hard nut to crack. Believe me, such rotten apples deserved the exit that they got otherwise they would have tried their level best to sway the sincere and competent lot.

Please don’t lend your ears to the contrived stories of the disgruntled ex employees. My experience with Sutherland Global Services to this point has been enriching and I am sure it’s going to be even better with new global clients like Deutsche Bank being part of Sutherland’s client list. For those who don’t know, Deutsche Bank selected Sutherland Global Services for data management services recently. Sutherland has a long way to go!
