Portray of the Arab man

It’s great to be an Arab man, as a matter of fact its the best thing a man ( as in male when i say man men im referring to males) could wish for. I mean when you are portrayed so well by the world media how can you not agree with me? It’s almost if it starting to annoy me how popular we are (Arab men) among our own and the rest of the world human beings. Every time I pick up a men's magazine (GQ, FHM, MAXIM etc...) a newspaper (Le Monde, The New York Time, The Times etc ....) or a news magazine ( Newsweek, JeuneAfrique, The Economist etc ...) I am proud to see how much of a positive impact we have on this world. How Arab economists influenced the world, how our leaders( regardless of nationality) shape the world, how much Arab singers are popular ( in none Arab countries ) how many young Arab men are used in fashion commercials, how our athletes are so popular throughout the world. Bottom line is , when I meet somebody and I say my name is Mehdi ( of course here I am implying that thanks to my name they will know I am Muslim although I do acknowledge that being Arab does not imply anything about your religion) everybody loves it, not scared at all , they want to learn Arabic eat Arabic food hear Arabic music, they even beg me to take them on a tour of the Arab countries because they think they are such a friendly place ( This again is the perception they get from the media). The best part is when it comes to women. As soon as they find out your Arab I can’t even tell you how much easier it is for us to get to go out with them. Look at it this way, we (Arab men ) are understanding , not jealous nor possessive at all , we don’t mind what the women wears, as far as we are concerned she could be going around naked if it made her happy and on top of that we are very smart. We are the best choice for women; of course Arab women if they had the choice regardless of religion would still choose an Arab man without even thinking about it. I mean its amazing, watch any movies, who saves the world????? A nice well spoken intelligent good looking Arab man. Turn on Mtv what do you see? We are there again dancing around naked women showing our bling bling making millions of people envying our lifestyle. The news channels, almost pathetic how biased they are about how good we are for this planet. It’s almost if they couldn’t live without us. I mean, we Arab men including myself are the bomb or the shizzneet or simply the best. Look how much they respect us when we take the plane, always putting all types of stickers on our luggage to make it colorful or perhaps help all the Arabs (in this case men and women) get their bags back and not confuse them with other peoples luggage (how thoughtful), of course once in a while a white persons gets it and we cant help being jealous and tell them hey!!!! This is only for us please now! We get special treatment we should be happy. Really when you have such a perfect life as this one, when you live in so much happiness, when the world depicts you as man a strong man, a courageous man, a hard working man, a brave man, a man that fights for its honor and dignity what do you want more?

now I almost feel bad about none Arab males their life must be shit.......

Hello world, my name is Mehdi I'm Algerian and I just dont give a fuck. Sorry to sound vulgar but I believe in calling a cat a cat. I will use foul language only when necessary or when I think it would help you understand (as in feel ) better my point of view. Im 27 years old, I lived ( here im not talking about holidays im talking about living) in Algeria ( left it when I was 6 ) then, geneva switzerland, madrid spain ( learned how to speak spanish there), then back to Algiers for 2 years( 1990 1992), was going to Baghdad in 1990 but unfortunelty the war happened, then in 92 left for Brussels Belgium, then France for 3 years , London England and then went to study (university) in the United States of America. I speak english , french , spanish and of course arabic ( at least what we speak in Algeria, unfortunetly i dont speak classic arabic just didnt get the chance to learn it , working on it now.) I have a math degree and might go for some engineering ( will be helpfull in the future ). I will give you my points of view on some issues, if you want to react because you agree or disapgree feel free to do so. Freedom of speech goes both ways. Unfortunetly for you I will always be right (that is in my mind )unless proven wrong. I am currently working as an RnD engineer in England. Three more things, I AM PROUD TO BE ALGERIAN , I AM PROUD TO BE MUSLIM, I AM PROUD TO BE ARAB .
