 &lt;p&gt;今天管理學課上，針對同一個管理學問題，陳老師引出了兩位管理大師截然不同的觀點，一位是當今著名的餘世維教授，一位是歷史上赫赫有名的諸葛亮先生，並啟
發我們結合自己觀點，暢所欲言，發表對這一現象的看法。經過一番認真的思考和聯想後，我確實獲得了一些意想不到的收穫和感悟。 &lt;br /&gt; 　 
&lt;br /&gt;首先，介紹一下這個管理學問題：是關於領導者首先最應該做的事。兩位大師分別將事件分為&amp;ldquo;重要&amp;rdquo;和&amp;ldquo;緊急&amp;rdquo;這兩個維度，餘世維倡導一個好的領導者最應該先做&amp;ldquo;重要而且緊急的事&amp;rdquo;，而諸葛亮則認為最先應當做&amp;ldquo;重要但不緊急的事&amp;rdquo;。 
&lt;br /&gt; 　 
&lt;br /&gt;從上述兩個觀點中，我驚喜的發現，儘管二者的觀點不同，但不同之中依然有相同之處，那就是&amp;mdash;&amp;mdash;先做&amp;ldquo;重要的事&amp;rdquo;。這是一個大的前提，下面思考將緊緊圍繞這一前提。 
&lt;br /&gt; 　 
&lt;br /&gt;那麼，何為重要的事？重要之中是否還有&amp;ldquo;更重要的事&amp;rdquo;呢？ 
&lt;br /&gt; 　 
&lt;br /&gt;其實，&amp;ldquo;重要&amp;rdquo;這個詞並不是一個定量名詞，而只是一個定性名詞。同為&amp;ldquo;重要&amp;rdquo;的事，如果拿來比較，還是有&amp;ldquo;更重要&amp;rdquo;一說，也可以說是&amp;ldquo;沒有最重要，只有更重要&amp;rdquo;。 
&lt;br /&gt; 　 
&lt;br /&gt;那麼，從兩位大師都一致認為最應該先做&amp;ldquo;重要的事&amp;rdquo;這一觀點上，我就可以大膽猜想和假設&amp;mdash;&amp;mdash;兩位管理大師其實說的都不完全對，或者說是都不准確的。 
&lt;br /&gt; 　 
&lt;br /&gt;先從餘世維教授開始，我認為他犯了一個致命的錯誤，那就是他將所有&amp;ldquo;重要的事&amp;rdquo;等同於&amp;ldquo;同等重要&amp;rdquo;。那麼，按這樣一個默認的假設，同樣程度重要性
的事，當然要做那些&amp;ldquo;緊迫的事&amp;rdquo;，所以，這個觀點就顯得無懈可擊，而我之所以斗膽說余老的觀點不完全對，是因為他一開始就憑空來了這麼一個&amp;ldquo;重要性相同&amp;rdquo;
的假設，而現實的管理之中，即使是兩件都很重要的事，也會有一個相對重要性。所以說，餘世維教授的觀點不完全對。 &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;下面，我們來看一下諸葛亮的觀點，他認為應該最先做&amp;ldquo;重要但不緊急的事&amp;rdquo;。他做了一個實驗：一個容器裡怎樣調整裝&amp;ldquo;石塊&amp;rdquo;、&amp;ldquo;碎石&amp;rdquo;、&amp;ldquo;細沙&amp;rdquo;和
&amp;ldquo;水&amp;rdquo;的先後順序，才能使容器裡裝的物體體積最大。他將&amp;ldquo;重要但不緊急的事&amp;rdquo;比作&amp;ldquo;石塊&amp;rdquo;，&amp;ldquo;重要而且緊急的事&amp;rdquo;比作&amp;ldquo;碎石&amp;rdquo;，&amp;ldquo;緊急但不重要的事&amp;rdquo;比作
&amp;ldquo;細沙&amp;rdquo;，&amp;ldquo;不重要也不緊急的事&amp;rdquo;比作&amp;ldquo;水&amp;rdquo;。按這樣的假定，自然是先放石塊，再放碎石，再放細沙，最後放水，這樣可以使容器內一層層的空隙得到填補，又
不會影響到大物塊的放入，可謂是一個萬全之策。然而，細細想想，他為什麼把&amp;ldquo;重要而不緊急的事&amp;rdquo;比作&amp;ldquo;石塊&amp;rdquo;呢，而沒有選擇&amp;ldquo;重要而且緊急的事&amp;rdquo;呢？其
實，諸葛亮也犯了一個同樣主觀的毛病，那就是憑空增大&amp;ldquo;重要性&amp;rdquo;的權重，他認為&amp;ldquo;重要但不緊急的事&amp;rdquo;都是長遠的事，而&amp;ldquo;重要而且緊急的事&amp;rdquo;都是當前的
事，&amp;ldquo;長遠之事&amp;rdquo;的重要性往往大於&amp;ldquo;當前之事&amp;rdquo;，便順理成章的推出了最先應當做那些&amp;ldquo;重要但不緊急的事&amp;rdquo;。所以，諸葛亮的觀點也是片面的，不完全對的。
&lt;br /&gt; 　 
&lt;br /&gt;那麼，一個好的領導者到底應當最先做什麼事情呢？先別著急，請筆者慢慢說來。 
&lt;br /&gt; 　 
&lt;br /&gt;上面已經說過，二位大師之所以不完全對，是因為他們都犯了&amp;ldquo;想當然&amp;rdquo;毛病，先從&amp;ldquo;主觀&amp;rdquo;出發，憑空來一個這樣那樣的前提（餘世維認為&amp;ldquo;重要事情&amp;rdquo;
的重要性都相同，諸葛亮認為&amp;ldquo;重要但不緊急的事情&amp;rdquo;的重要性遠遠大於&amp;ldquo;重要而且緊急的事&amp;rdquo;），所以，他們都得出了一個看似正確而且無懈可擊的觀點，其實，
這種正確是建議在&amp;ldquo;錯誤前提&amp;rdquo;上的&amp;ldquo;正確&amp;rdquo;。 &lt;br /&gt; 　 
&lt;br /&gt;一件事情的確可以分為&amp;ldquo;重要性&amp;rdquo;和&amp;ldquo;緊急性&amp;rdquo;這兩個維度，而且，這兩個維度所佔的權重也各不相同，一般而言，是&amp;ldquo;重要性&amp;rdquo;的權重要大於&amp;ldquo;緊急性&amp;rdquo;的權重，那麼，到底大多少？有沒有特殊情況？這就不得而知了。 
&lt;br /&gt; 　 
&lt;br /&gt;管理學之所以是具有&amp;ldquo;科學性&amp;rdquo;和&amp;ldquo;藝術性&amp;rdquo;這兩個不同的性質，就是基於&amp;ldquo;管理&amp;rdquo;這種有定性無定律的特點。管理的論點只能是一種大眾性和普遍性的觀
點，而且是相對性的，沒有絕對性的可能，同樣一個管理模式，可能適於這個企業，但卻不適合那個企業。這一點上，很像我們的&amp;ldquo;中藥&amp;rdquo;，對同一病症，往往開出
不同的藥方，因為&amp;ldquo;病症&amp;rdquo;只是表現，真正的&amp;ldquo;病根&amp;rdquo;卻是截然不同的。 &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;同樣道理，對於一個特定的企業，一個好的領導者，他並不應該在&amp;ldquo;餘世維&amp;rdquo;和&amp;ldquo;諸葛亮&amp;rdquo;二人到底誰對誰錯之間猶豫不定，而是應該辯證的看問題，一切
從實際出發，兩者兼而有之的思考，看自己所管理的企業到底是一個什麼樣的現狀？未來有什麼具體的願景？還應該從自己的企業角度出發，看是不是有能力&amp;ldquo;追求
長遠&amp;rdquo;，還是現在就&amp;ldquo;資金短缺&amp;rdquo;？而且，作為一個項目也好，任務也罷，看看到底是&amp;ldquo;重要性&amp;rdquo;和&amp;ldquo;緊急性&amp;rdquo;二者的權重各佔多少，根據自己公司的實際情況和中
層管理者的反饋意見，應該可以分出個差不多來，那麼，這樣實實際際的分析和判斷遠遠大於照搬哪個&amp;ldquo;管理大師&amp;rdquo;要好的多，也受益的多。 &lt;br /&gt; 　 
&lt;br /&gt;說來說去，兩位管理大師之所以犯了一定的錯誤，其實還是缺少&amp;ldquo;一切從實際出發&amp;rdquo;這一基本思想做前提，而是犯了主觀主義的的錯誤。 
&lt;br /&gt; 　 
&lt;br /&gt;不過，話又說了回來，既然沒有一個&amp;ldquo;實際情況&amp;rdquo;這個大前提作指導，那麼，二者的觀點也可以說是都正確的，因為不是有&amp;ldquo;橫看成嶺側成峰，遠近高低各不同&amp;rdquo;，&amp;ldquo;一千個讀者眼中有一千個哈姆雷特&amp;rdquo;嘛。

《易經》裡強調&amp;ldquo;陰陽結合&amp;rdquo;，《老子》強調&amp;ldquo;中庸&amp;rdquo;的思想，其實，中國的文化就是一個相互包容、博大精深的文化，那麼，中國本土化的管理，也會成為一個互
相包容、互相學習的管理。通過這次小小的課堂思考，我卻收穫了好多，也感悟了好多，我相信，中國有五千多年燦爛的文化瑰寶，是絕對不會因滿清的&amp;ldquo;百年停滯
&amp;rdquo;而毀掉的，西方管理史也不過才兩百來年嘛，中國人民攜起手來，向先賢藉智慧，問國學找出路，那麼，中國的管理定能成為世界的管理，這一天，應該不會遠了
