My Dream Dewalt Tools Workshop by Jeff Toby
15 November, 2007

I have a dream.  Someday, when I’m a little older, I am going to turn my basement into “Guy Town”, a no-women-allowed, man’s paradise.  I’ll set it up with different areas, one for wood working and one for metal working.  No expense will be spared.  I am going to buy a bunch of Dewalt Tools and set it up right.

In the wood working area, I will have a cabinet to store all my Dewalt Power Tools.  I want them somewhere that they are easy to get to, but also organized and in their cases.  No more searching through the piles of junk on my workbench to find the tool I need.  On my work bench, I’ll install several power strips so that I can have my Dewalt Cordless Tools charged and ready to go whenever I need them.  I can grab my drill/driver and get straight to work.  I’ll also set aside some space in my wood working area to store my supplies, leftover wood and scraps to use for practice.

Over in the metal working area, of course I will be using Dewalt Metal Working Tools to build custom metal brackets, create beautiful metal scrollwork for the outside of my house and weld old bits of metal garbage together to make garden sculptures.  With a metal work shop in my basement, I’ll even be able to do my own body work on my car!
