An Ant in the Pant

canadalover55 | 05 January, 2006 00:17

Have you ever found an ant in your pant ?

If yes, how was that experiennce ?

If no, read this poem and see how I felt .

I woke up this morning

With a desire to roving

So , I quickly got dressed

But suddenly I felt depressed

I took a deep breath

Forgetting all about death

Looked in the mirror

And felt a terror

An ant in my pant

How comes ? It can't

What's the heck

Getting aboard the deck

This is not a boat

Neither a white coat

This is my own body

You're getting muddy

It's your fault handsome

The ant said to me you're awesome

Since you're so sweet

I have to pinch then eat

Hey ! Cool down lady

If you want to be my baby

Hate pinching and stinging

So, you'd better start singing

To be or not to be ! That is the question

Halt ! I know the rest of that diction

Try something else or read your prayers

I'm still one of those tax-payers

Take it easy Mr. Busy

I'm not a dump tizzy

Watch your mouth little ant

Or I'll push ya down the slant

Alright boss ! I won't toss

Would you like me to sing for D. Ross

Sounds great if you can

I do my handsome man

So, the little ant sang

While the telephone rang

I forgot all about my own trouble

And my depression vanished in a bubble

I gave the ant plenty of food

Allowed her to relax on my hood

We went up for a ride

And in no time, she was by my side

She gave me a mug

A lamp and a rug

Once you miss me

Rub the lamp and gee

Then fly on the rug

But pull no tug

Once it stops

You'll see me hups

You won't regret at all

Seeing me next fall

In a split of a second and a half

The ant disappeared making me laugh

A tiny ant made my day

And turned all my trouble away .
