The attached video shows one of JFK’s secret service security agent expressing confusion three times as he is being ordered to stand off and leave the side of the presidential limousine (moments before the fatal shots were fired) by Emery Roberts, Special Agent in Charge of Security. The two security agents who were shielding the President from both sides were ordered to stand off. This is a stand down.
