The Qatif Girl Rape Case Arabic: قضية اغتصاب فتاة القطيف was a much-publicized gang-rape trial in which many facts were covered and after which the victims was sentenced to lashes for being alone in a parked car with a man she was having an illicit affair with, but was later pardoned after international protests.
The rape victim was an 18 year old girl who was gang-raped along with her companion by seven Saudi men in the city of Qatif, (Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia) in 2006. The local court sentenced the perpetrators to varying sentences involving 80 to 1,000 lashes and imprisonment up to ten years for four of them. The court also sentenced the two victims to six months in prison and 90 lashes each for the separate crime of conducting an extramarital affair. On appeal, the appeals court more than doubled the victims' sentences to 200 lashes on Tuesday 13th November 2007 because, according to the court’s ruling, the victim attempted to use the media to manipulate the Saudi Justice System, causing an international media-uproar over Saudi Judicial practices. On Monday 17 December 2007, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah, issued an official pardon for the girl, citing his ultimate authority to revise discretionary punishments in accordance with the public good, and stated that the Qatif Girl had been the victim of a brutal crime. The pardon was read by Justice Minister Abdullah Al-Asheikh on Saudi Channel One.
The pardon ordered the suspension of the trial against both defendants: the Qatif Girl and her male companion, who had also reportedly been raped, and the continuation of the review of the sentencing of the seven young men found guilty of rape. The king ordered the Ministry of Justice to give the rapists the strictest sentence possible for their crime. The king also issued a warning that no mercy would be shown to those that dared to violate Islamic Laws or pose a threat to public safety.
My comments: The Qatif Girl and almost all Arab Women and Girls all over the world are treated like slaves or servants, or prisoners at worst; pieces of property or objects of pleasure and amusement to be discarded at any moment, or when they have outgrown their beauty and outlived their usefulness at medium; and retarded children or persons at best by Arab Males.

KUWAIT CITY: A GCC national (member) has filed a missing-persons report on his daughter at Sulaibiya Police Station. The man told police that he had a fight with his 25-year-old daughter which forced her to leave their house three days ago. A case was registered and investigations are on to determine the girl’s whereabouts.
My comments: Before I begin, let me define and clarify the one and only most important fact which The MMMMMMMMMMM-Media, and especially the Arab Media, chose to hide or camouflage in order to confuse the average reader who reads the Article or Report and knows exactly what happened but not exactly Who or Whom or What or Why or How or…… BUT! Furthermore, and since nothing escapes Daniel in The Lion’s Den, the poor helpless girl left home three days ago; why did he let her go in the first place? Why didn’t he follow her and ask her to come back? What did he do to her that forced her to leave home? How was she able to leave home? We all know that Arab or Arab-speaking women and girls are not free to go or roam where they want without their Arab or Arab-speaking Ass-holes’ permission. Had he looked for her – she probably went to her married brother’s or sister’s, or a relative’s home. Is it possible that she went to her boy-friend’s or her lover’s house? We’ll never know because Arab women and girls especially – like most women and girls all over the world, who feel they are being treated like slaves or servants, and prisoners at worst, pieces of property at medium, or retarded children or persons at best – have evolved and developed their own ways and means, and methods – ruses, guises, and gambits – of beating the system. What had he done to find her? Why did he wait so long to file the missing-persons report? Had she been married and divorced?
I say: He drove or sacked her from home and because he has to answer to his family, relatives, and friends – not to mention her friends and acquaintances – for her absence, and because he knows where she is and why she’s there, he decides to cover his ASS by filing a report – a report too late for the filing. Polls are Propagandas in disguise or Camouflaged Propagandas, and Statistics are always Facts and Figures that have been gleaned, acquired, and compiled not less than a year before they appear or are printed and released to the ASSES – that’s MASSES without the M.
Advertisements show, tell, and print exactly what people want to see, hear, and read; Propagandas show, tell, and print exactly what they want people to see, hear, and read; and Statistics show, tell, and print exactly what is no longer true or real; so Polls, Statistics, Advertisements, and Propagandas are exactly like Pages and Prophesies in the Bible.
Did you know that you could quote Pages and Prophesies in the Bible to prove any point you chose to prove, so long as you knew where to look for it? Likewise, one could conduct a poll that would prove anything one wanted to, so long as one knew where and whom to poll; and statistics is even worse since by the time it appears it is no longer true.
By the time a poll is completed, at least half of those polled have changed their minds; and by the time a census or statistics programme or project is released, thousands of additional figures have either been added to or deducted from the original figures or the acquired and compiled data; rendering the final figures wrong and obsolete, and that is why it is wrong and improper to state that the population of the USA is 260,000,000 and right and proper to only state that the estimated population of the USA is 260,000,000.

I could conduct any number of polls or statistics that would prove anything I wanted to: that Lebanon is the richest, most peaceful, stable, and tourist-attractive country on the planet; and that Darfur in The Sudan is even much better; and that Hamas and Fatah in Gaza in Israel or Palestine are on the best of terms with the utmost brotherly affections; and that Somalia is as rich and peaceful and stable and tourist-attractive as Lebanon, if not even more so; and that Iran, Afghanistan, Syria, KSA, Jordan, and other Arab and Arab-speaking countries have the best 'Human Rights' and 'Women's Rights' conditions in the world; and that there are no jobless or homeless people in any country anywhere on this doomed planet; and that all the news about children dying by the thousands from starvation and other child-abuses, child-molestations, child-exploitations, and child-trafficking are not true; and that…I believe I’ve said enough and made my points a hundred times over! At the time, I could even have conducted a poll that would have made The Americans and the rest of the world believe that HURRICANE KATRINA never happened and that the citizens of New Orleans were hale and hearty, and that life there was normal and everything was all right. If not actually believe it, at least raise doubts and suspicion that it actually happened.

Hebrews 4: 14-15 – Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. I could go on to quote a lot more, but what’s the use?
The above examples all presume to – or are all supposed to – prove that Jesus was divine and the son of God. Now I quote this one and only example:
Deuteronomy 18: 17-22 – (I’ll make it as brief as possible but you may read the whole if you wish) I will raise up for them a Prophet from amongst them and I will put My Words in his mouth, and anyone who does not listen to him I shall call to account. Likewise, any Prophet who speaks, in My Name, anything I have not commanded him to say, or speaks in the name of other gods, must be put to death.
The above example points at Jesus and Jesus alone, for it was he and he alone who claimed to be God and let John worship him. All the other Prophets never did or said anything of the sort, and Mohammed actually said that there was only One God and that He, Mohammed, was only HIS messenger. Also, it was Jesus who said: I am the light and the way; no one – man or woman or child or baby – cometh onto the father (God) except by me. His one mistake was in thinking he could impose himself between God and His people, Israel; in the Book of Job, it says that Israel and the Israelis were God’s chosen country and people. Actually, the Israelites were expecting the Messiah at the time, not someone who could be beaten, whipped, insulted, spat on; dragged through the streets, and finally nailed upright to a stake – there were no crosses at the time – which was the Romans’ way and method of dealing with criminals and rebels at the time. The Governor of Judea at the time, Pontius Pilate, actually said: “Leave him alone! Release him, and let him go! Can't you see he's mad?” But the Israelis thought: Oh no, you don’t, and we won’t! They were only obeying God’s law according to their Book, and they meant to see the whole thing through to the last. In fact, they expected Jesus, at any moment, to tear himself from his captors and tormentors and strike them dead – to left and right; but alas! Jesus was not divine; he was human, and only a man, like them. One could imagine how disappointed the Israelis became when he died!

BEIRUT: Efforts to set up a National Unity Government and push through the next phase of the Doha process remained stalled on Thursday, with disputes between and within Lebanon's main political coalitions throwing wrenches into the consultations works regarding the distribution of cabinet portfolios.
It seems demands for portfolios have become a lot more than available ministerial portfolios; each side selects some portfolios, but after they’ve seen the other side’s portfolios, they decide the other side’s portfolios are better, so they want them, instead; and after they have exchanged portfolios, the other side’s portfolios still look better, so…If things continue this way, each side will have 30 ministries, and Lebanon and the Lebanese people will end up and have to put up with too many ministries for a country that is smaller than many cities in many other countries.
Saniora: Talks increasingly complicated due to the lack of significant progress in consultations.
My dear Fouad, talks and consultations with whom: Berri, Nesrallah, and Aoun? What does one have to do to convince the average Lebanese Apes – citizens – that they do not want these or those ministries; they want all of them. Actually, the average, decent, and sensible Lebanese Ape-citizen would think that the Defence, Interior, Finance, Foreign Affairs, and Justice Ministries ought to be the President’s prerogatives. No wonder that, first, the opposition refused to grant the president 5 cabinet portfolios or ministries, only 3; and second, they choose the 3 for him! Was this what Aoun meant by increasing the president’s power? However, we cannot and must not put all the blame on Aoun because without his illiterate and ignorant followers, he wouldn’t be where he is, and he couldn’t have done what he did, and Syria and Iran couldn’t have used him as their FOOL AND TOOL through Tiz-Allah and Anal – OOPS! Sorry. Hezballah and Amal.
Did the Doha Accord effectively end the dispute over the numerical distribution of cabinet seats? NO! The Doha Accord is even worse than the Taif Accord. Trust the Arabs to come up with two such HORSE-SHITS! Also, just look at the portfolio-swapping proposal that Nabih Berri made to President Michael Suleiman – Berri is supposed to be the Speaker, but he is not only the Chief of Amal, he is also the Chief of the opposition.
Nabih Beriberi Berri may fool – actually, he has fooled – the other two elements or sides of the ruling triangle or troika – the president and the prime minister – and the rest of you out there, but he doesn’t and cannot fool Daniel in The Lion’s Den. Never in the history of politics has the Speaker ever been a member, let alone a leader, of the opposition! And never in the history of governments has the opposition ever been a part of, and apart from, the government at the same time! BY GOD!
A process of government formation that produces a cabinet of co-existence and the formation of a National Unity Government that includes the Opposition, would not usher in a period of national reconciliation; it would usher in an even worse period of confusion, confrontations, and conflicts; and it would mean nothing good could or would be done for Lebanon or the Lebanese people – only for Syria and Iran and their Proxies, Moles, Rats, Jackals, Hyenas, and Fiends; and as for the claims that Hezballah drove Israel from South Lebanon, not all of us are Etc, and so forth and so on. Syria is trying to save its ASS-Ad from the International Tribunal, and gain a lot of foreign trade/investments, and other pay-backs and incentives, too, to boot; so Syria and Israel – and Iran, somehow, although I haven’t quite figured that out yet, but I will, and sooner than you think – are taking us all for a run-around rigmarole-ride, and making fools of all of us, through Hezballah and Amal. BUT! If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it too many times already, that not all of us are Etc and so forth and...

BEIRUT: Sunni leaders from across the political spectrum slammed Christian opposition leader, MP Michel Aoun, demanding that the authorities of the premier be amended. Former Prime Minister Omar Karami, a staunch opposition supporter, criticized Aoun for seeking to transform the prime minister into “a junior aide”thus stripping the prime minister of all the powers gained by the Taif Accord and reducing his status to that of the Maronite-Moron Christian President.
Following a meeting on Tuesday of the Reform and Change parliamentary bloc which he heads, Aoun stated – or declared, openly and for all and sundry to see and hear him – that Fouad Saniora had no right to hold both executive and monitoring powers at the same time; and demanded constitutional amendments curbing Premier Fouad Siniora's powers.
Once-upon-a-time Prime Minister, Salim al-Hoss, on Wednesday also slammed Aoun's proposal, saying it went against “the spirit of unity and consensus.” Former Prime Minister, Najib Mikati, also expressed disappointment at Aoun's comments.
What these Lebanese large monkeys (Apes) don’t seem to know or realise – or don’t want to know or admit – is that Aouu-Aoun is Beriberi Berri’s and H-ASS-an Nes-Allah’s ASS through which they FART; and Beriberi Berri and H-ASS-an Nesa-Allah are Syria’s and Iran’s ASSES through which they FART; so this makes Aouu-Aoun an ASS-ISTANT ASS.

Malaria, one of the world's deadliest diseases, appears to be on the retreat in Cambodia as the number of infections and deaths due to the disease has decreased in recent years thanks to better health education and concerted efforts at mosquito net distribution and village-level treatments. The National Centre for Parasitology, Entomology, and Malaria Control said 100,000 malaria cases were reported in 2006, falling to 59,000 in 2007. Although the downward trend is believed to be continuing, data for the first three months of this year (2008) are not yet available.

Preventing malaria in its early stages and treating it rapidly was the key to this success; wide-scale distribution of insecticide-treated nets and providing awareness training to village volunteers on the frontlines, have also been crucial. Some 557,000 mosquito-nets were distributed free in 2007, and 1,000,000 mosquito-nets will be distributed to the neediest communities in 2008. INDONESIA: Renewed drive to eliminate malaria
JAKARTA: 28th April 2008 Indonesia, where close to 100 million people live in areas susceptible to malaria, has embarked on a drive to eliminate the disease by 2030.
Last year, 1.75 million Indonesians were clinically diagnosed with malaria and more than 300,000 people tested positive for the disease. A clinical diagnosis involves only the observation of symptoms while positive cases are confirmed through microscopy slides or rapid diagnostic tests. Daniel: Again, these figures are too pat for belief.
The fatality rate in Indonesia is estimated at about 1% but it is believed that many deaths are not recorded (due to no access to health services) among people in remote villages.
Five provinces in eastern Indonesia have been categorized as high-endemic regions and while the islands of Java, Borneo and Sulawesi are considered low-endemic, in several areas malaria cases remain high. Under a programme launched by the health ministry on 23rd April, Indonesia aims to halve by 2010 the number of villages where more than five in 1,000 people are infected with malaria and eliminate the disease by 2030. In some villages in the easternmost region of Papua, which consists of three provinces, between 30 and 80 percent of the population are infected with malaria.

THAILAND: Winning battle against malaria but challenges remain
Malaria is the primary cause of sickness and death mortality and morbidity in the country as it is in all of Africa, despite the efforts made. The secondary cause is tuberculosis. According to data, 5,000,000 cases of malaria are registered every year throughout the country with a population of nearly 60 million, and between 500,000 and 1,000,000 people die of the disease every year.
The PHILIPPINES: 6 provinces declared malaria-free, but 59 provinces declared malaria-full or free-malaria to move and kill at will
MANILA: 25th April 2008 the Department of Health marked World Malaria Day on 25th April by declaring 6 more provinces malaria-free, bringing the total to 22 out of 81. The provinces of Marinduque, Sorsogon, and Albay in Luzon; Eastern and Western Samar in the Visayas; and Surigao del Norte in Mindanao were declared malaria-free after having had no reported indigenous (local natives) cases for five consecutive years. In 2006, Benguet, Cavite, and Masbate were classified malaria-free. 13 other provinces were declared free of the disease in 1999, and remain so today. Daniel: Or so they say!
