This is THE NEW YEAR'S MESSAGE from ME AND THE LION to Christians and Moslems in particular, and the peoples of any and all Religions in general, all over the world – of any and all sects/cults and any and all religious denominations.
WHO MADE WHOM? WHO PROVES OR JUSTIFIES WHOSE EXISTENCE OR PRESENCE? AND WHO DEFENDS AND/OR PROTECTS WHOM?
To those of you out there who might think and say that I am an atheist, or an infidel, or a blasphemer, I say: “I do not believe in GOD the kindly old man with a pure white beard who is all compassionate, all-merciful, and all-forgiving. What I believe in is my concern.”
WHO made WHOM? WHO created WHOM? WHO invented WHOM? WHO defends and protects WHOM? And WHO proves or justifies the existence of WHOM?
If we are to believe in The Bible – and/or most other religious books – then from the very beginning – the very onset – First: GOD made or created US out of dust, knowing fully well that dust is the worst and weakest possible material anyone could use to make or create anything. Second: HE made or created US whole – as Adam and Eve, or Man and Woman – and fully naked, too! I ask you! Wasn’t HE supposed to have given them a small mind at least with a little sense to know or discern right from wrong? Third: HE did not give them or even tell them about HIS ten commandments; they had to wait for thousands of years for Moses to come and go up to the mountain and spend days writing them down. Fourth: the very first mistake or sin these poor, miserable, cursed couple who had no mind and no sense – if HE had given them these they wouldn’t have done what they did and we all wouldn’t be where we are today – made or committed, HE kicked them out of the garden of Eden and out into the jungle or wilderness (mind you; according to The Bible, they were the first humans, so there were no other humans on the planet at the time, only the beasts; and I wonder whether HE had created the dinosaurs by then! Too much)! Then later, HE had the nerve to tell them and/or US: “Dust thou art, and to dust thou shalt return!”
DO ALL THESE MAKE ANY SENSE TO ANY OF YOU OUT THERE?
I ASK YOU!
If GOD made US, then HE is supposed to prove and justify OUR existence and tell US: WHO WE are; WHAT WE are; WHERE WE came from; WHY WE are here on this miserable marble in the vastness and awesomeness of the universe; this doomed puny planet in peril, earth; WHAT WE are doing here; and WHERE WE are going from here – and defend and protect US. BUT! If MAN made or created or invented GOD, then all is as it ought to be!
Let us spare a thought for the 40,000 children that die of starvation every day and the billions of people that have died and are still dying – from Man-made wars, Man-made weapons and bombs, Man-made accidents by Man-made vehicles or means of transportation, Man-made diseases, pestilences, and plagues – bacteria and viruses do not come out of the thin air; they come from dead and decomposing or decomposed corpses and rotting or rotten rubbish or garbage and faeces and urine; all Man-made; and natural disasters and phenomena, which have become more violent because of MAN but which are attributed to or blamed on A MAN-MADE GOD! AND! NOT due to the indifference and negligence of the advanced countries – the third-world or backward countries expect these to share the results of their hard-work over decades or centuries; Germany and Japan were down to the ground – so to speak – and Britain and France weren’t much better off, either, after World War II, but today, they are considered world powers; in other words; today, MAN only, and not GOD, protects, defends, and helps MAN – or to any other reasons or causes, but due to Mankind’s tendency and inclination to breed like rabbits, thus creating over-population, which in turn creates poverty, and which in turn creates frustration and desperation, Etc; and Mankind’s envious, greedy, selfish, vain, vicious, vindictive, cruel, malicious and mischievous nature – in other words; his tendency and inclination to revert to his origins: APES, or large monkeys!
To those of you out there who might (want or decide to) ask: “So what is your point?”
I say; my point is: “Since we do not choose our religions as they are forced upon us by the circumstances and the geographical locations of our births – it just so happened that we were born in such and such a place (a village or town or city), in such and such an area where such and such a religion is practised, in such and such a country; that’s all! Lebanon is one of the smallest countries in the world and yet one could be born a Maronite or a Catholic or a Sunni or a Shiite or a Druze or only-God-knows what else – and since MANKIND, THE APES are creatures of habits, the products of their environments, and the victims of their circumstances; no people should ever take their sects or religions too seriously or to extremes; and no people should ever dare to, or presume to, assume or usurp the positions or posts of – or pretend to be – the defenders and protectors of their individual or collective GODS, and justifiers of their existence or non-existence – most people use that as a reason and an excuse to either dupe, con, manipulate, coerce and intimidate, and exploit others; and/or if that fails, kill them!”
Let THE GODS fight their own battles and defend and protect themselves, and justify their existence – if they can!
AN ALMIGHTY ULTIMATE AND OMNIPOTENT GOD who could create the universe and all life-forms, and yet requires or needs, or even orders PEOPLE – weak but wicked worms – through the too many religious and other leaders, to defend and protect HIM, and prove and/or justify HIS existence does not make any sense to me at all – not a single iota of sense!
So, ENOUGH OF THIS HORSE-SHIT!
Not all of us are asinine assholes, blind bats, banal baboons, craven cowards, deaf ducks, fumbling fools, gullible gulls, idiotic imbeciles, jerky jackasses, limping lemmings, moron monkeys, naïve nincompoops, or obtuse ostriches with bird flu in the brain!

THEY – Syria and Iran and their so-called Lebanese friends who are Syria’s and Iran’s Lebanese fiends – have managed to do to us – the Lebanese in general and the Lebanese Christians in particular – what they managed to do to us in the late 1980s; only this time it is far much worse. THEY have split the Christians up into too many sections – too many packs of APES – and THEY have taken away their dignity, decency, honour, and integrity – if there had ever been any of those – and their one and only vestige – albeit it was only symbolic at best and only a posture (a presence) at worst; the only symbol of Christian Presence and Christian Say (somewhat, albeit feeble and in vain) in the country – the Maronite (Moron) Presidency!Long before all that, THEY had converted The Presidential Palace – Baabda Palace – to a Stable for Donkeys and reduced Bkirki to a Lunatic Park and the Christian Patriarch to a nonentity and the butt of all kinds of jokes and satire – albeit it was his fault for taking his nose out of, and keeping half a foot in, THE HORSE-SHIT OF RELIGION and sticking his nose and a foot and a half in THE HORSE-SHIT OF POLITICS!

If the Lebanese Army and the Lebanese Forces – and the other Christian and Moslem Armed Factions – had fused together into one entity – at the time – the whole Syrian Army and even the Israeli Army would have thought twice and counted to twenty before engaging them. We would have been free.
But NO! The Maronite Monkeys had to go at each others’ throats and at each others’ ears – I still remember the monkey-antics and jitter-bug dances they performed and the noises they made – with senseless blaring horns and silly songs and chattering like large monkeys – APES – all through the streets and on all the radios and TV stations! AND! The pity and the irony are – and to add insults to injuries and salt to the wounds – THEY ARE DOING IT AGAIN; only this time without the songs!

Actually, from what I’ve heard, that was WHAT Bashir Gemaeyel was trying to do – fuse the Lebanese Army and the Lebanese Forces, and all the other Christian and Moslem Armed Factions, into one entity for God and country; ready and prepared to fight against all Lebanon’s enemies – both foreign and domestic – and to defend the country and protect its people – AND WHY he was murdered.
Poor guy; he wanted to do the right thing for Lebanon and the Lebanese, so they took him out. They butchered him so brutally and so mercilessly that not a trace of him could be found!
MEMORIES ARE MADE OF THESE but The Lebanese APES – especially the Maronite Moron Monkeys – have memories like sieves, through which the waters of incidents, events, actions, and speeches, pass smoothly and drop into the gutters and sewers, and eventually end up in the ocean of banality, inanity, ignorance, jackass-ness, extreme naivety, major moronic and optimum obtuseness – and AMNESIA.
Close your eyes that see only what you want them to see, and throw your minds back to the late 1980s; and open your minds’ eyes and look. Look! Oh look well, oh ye Lebanese APES! Now close your eyes that see only what you want them to see and open your minds’ eyes, and look around you. Don’t you see the same events and incidents unfolding and notice the same actions, and hear the same speeches today – the same monkey-antics and jitter-bug dances; the same bleating and braying and howling and growling and barking and snarling and the-baring-of-fangs; and the same FARTING FROM BOTH ENDS?
