Iran Unemployment Falls to 10.3% While Populaion Figure Rises to 78,328,800

Iran News (Payvand) the Fars (Farts) News Agency

TEHRAN: According to a senior government official, Iran's unemployment rate dropped from 11.3 to 10.3% in the 2007-2008 Iranian year which ended on 20th March. The official also said it had been as high as 14-15% in previous years, and that every percentage point drop in the jobless rate would imply the creation of around 245,000 new jobs in view of an active work force of 24.5 million people.

When President Mad-moose Hitler Adolph Ahmak-dine-jackass’s government came to power in 2005, they pledged to share out Iran's oil-wealth more widely and more fairly – but alas; they haven’t, and they won’t ever do that.

Iran had reaped windfall gains in previous years from the high oil-price on world markets and its economy grew by about 6% annually, despite US pressures and UN Security Council sanctions on Iran over its nuclear programmes – that, my dear readers and fellow-Apes, is according to the Gospel of Iran: Ayatollah Ali Khara-menei and Mad-moose Hitler Adolph Ahmak-dine-jackass; and if we are to believe only half of what we see and nothing of what we hear or read, why, then the unemployment figure is far much higher than what they claim!

Here, let me explain: The population of Iran in 2007 was 71,208,000. This figure must have increased by at least 10% since last year; that’s 7,120,800; which brings the total figure to 78,328,800; and 10% (forget the .3%) of it would be 7,832,880 unemployed Iranians – men and women. In other words; millions of jobless, homeless, hopeless, aimless Iranians: drug-and alchohol-addicts, criminals, gays, lesbians, prostitutes (both genders), and gangsters roam the streets of Tehran and hundreds of other cities, towns, and villages…Etc, and so on…

If Khara-menei and Ahmak-dine-jackass had concentrated Iran’s resources and incomes on improving the lot and seeking the welfare and interests of the Iranians instead of squandering them on bankrolling and arming terrorist militias like Hezballah and Amal and their alliances in Lebanon and Hamas in Palestine – and only God and Satan know what else and where else – it would have been quite a different story or article or report altogether.

That’s the way the Iranian people ought to look at this…

Iran’s Mystical-Aurora Ruler Orders Arrest of Newspaper Director – For telling the truth

TEHERAN: Iran's Judiciary, public and revolutionary courts, ordered the arrest of the director of a leading reformist newspaper, Etemad Melli, on charges of spreading lies and publishing an insulting article attacking President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad for his remarks on the hidden Shiite Imam Mahdi.

The insulting article had been written by mid-ranking cleric Rasoul Montajab-Nia who listed several comments attributed to Ahmadinejad on the twelfth imam, known as the Mahdi, who Shiites believe disappeared more than a thousand years ago and who would return one day to usher in a new era of peace and harmony. Ahmadinejad and his advisors have frequently said that his government was managed by the Imam. Such fictitious, superstitious, and ridiculous rumours weakened the people's faith and led to ridicule of Shiite Islam. Ahmadinejad had always been a devotee of the Mahdi, and he had already come under fire from clerics over his remarks. Ahmadinejad also raised eyebrows when he said he felt surrounded by a mystical aurora when he gave his first speech to the UN General Assembly in New York in 2005.

Earlier, in 2008, Iran's former top nuclear negotiator complained that superstition was growing in the country and that people were even putting out food for the Mahdi in case he returned that very night. I ask you! And SHEESH!

The Etemad Melli party is headed by influential reformist cleric Mehdi Karroubi, who was Iran's parliament speaker from 2000 to 2004 and a rival of Ahmadinejad’s in the 2005 presidential election.

Do such ridiculous remarks justify the government's mismanagement in the face of the people's discontent and complaints over intolerable and insupportable inflation and the country’s sorry state with hundreds of thousands of jobless aimless hopeless Iranians roaming the streets of Teheran and hundreds of other cities……?

I’m afraid I’ll have to keep pounding the above irrefutable and unshakable facts into your eyes and ears…
