THE RIGHT TO RETURN HORSE-SHIT – And the Monkey-shit Pus-Propaganda and Poor-Politics Before, Behind, In and Out of, Over and Under, and Around It

Gleaned from various sources; too many to mention here; adjusted and adapted to fit:

First, and before I begin, it is the right to return and not the right of return. They could not get the name or title right, so how the Fuck in Horse-shit could they do it right!?

The term: the right to return refers to the principle in international law that members of any ethnic or national group have the right to immigration and naturalization in the countries they have chosen to settle in, yet still maintain their right to return to their homeland. Likewise, the countries of their choice have immigration laws, rules, and regulations that, on the one hand, grant them opportunities that facilitate or encourage the reunion of Diasporas or dispersed ethnic populations and, on the other hand, give them the right of repatriation – deporting any unwanted elements among any ethnic or national immigrant groups back to their homeland. So, as you can see quite clearly, the right to return does not apply to Palestinians alone, but to all peoples of all countries all over the world: Lebanese, Palestinians, Indians, Etc, Etc, Etc; and even Israelis.

Proponents of the right to return; falsely, farcically, and futilely hold that it is an inalienable and basic human right that is applicable both generally and specifically to the Palestinians – HORSE-SHIT – and is protected under international law. This view holds that those that opt not to return or for whom return is not feasible should receive compensation in lieu. The Palestinians’ right to return Arabic: حق العودة Ḥaqq al-awda; Hebrew: זכות השיבה zkhut hashivah, is a political Horse-shit position or principle asserting that Palestinian refugees, first-generation refugees and their descendants, have the right to return to the homes, towns, and villages they left or were forced to leave in Palestine and/or Israel and the Palestinian territories as the results of the 1948 Arab/Israeli War and the 1967 Six-Day war – Daniel: They were not forced to leave by the Israelis; they were forced by the Arabs, directly and indirectly. The Palestinians and the Arabs would love to let the rest of the world think and believe it was the Israelis, but unluckily and unfortunately for them, not all of us are Etc, and so forth and so on

Israel's government does not view the admission of Palestinian refugees to Israel as a right, but rather as a political claim to be resolved as part of a final peace deal; Jewish Israelis from the mainstream political parties view the acceptance of the right to return as national suicide because, if every Palestinian refugee were admitted into Israel, the total Palestinian population would be nearly 40% and likely to become the majority. The Israeli government believes that the right to return applies, if at all, only to those areas in the West Bank and Gaza Strip that became a Palestinian state. Those that opt not to live in the Palestinian state would receive compensation if Jewish refugees from Arab and other countries received compensation as well – Daniel: THAT is not Horse-shit! Dear readers and fellow-Apes; you must know me very well by now. I wouldn’t give a plugged and bent buffalo nickel dipped in Cat-shit for either the Israelis or the Arabs and Arab-speaking peoples. Add to them the rest of the peoples of the world; with the Lebanese first on the list. To me they are all Human-Apes that have somehow evolved into Human-Lemmings. I uncover and reveal the always hidden truth and expose the liars, thieves, crooks, con-persons and syndicates, cheats, exploiters, pretenders, and hypocrites; whoever and wherever they are; and I say what I mean and mean what I say. Cat-shit is worst kind of shit, by the way. Where Cats shit, nothing grows and even existing plants wither and die. Trust me.

Lemmings: 1: Rodents with small thick furry bodies and furry feet that live in sub-arctic regions. Lemmings are noted for their mass migrations – mass mad-dashes – in search of food during population explosions, which has given rise to the myth that they flock to the sea to drown themselves. They do drown themselves, whether intentionally or unintentionally. It reflects a belief that Palestinian refugees and their descendants have the right to return to the homes their families had possessed and left prior to, during, or due to, the 1948 Arab-Israeli war – Daniel: Horse-shit! See end of comment, and BY GOD!

The non-binding UN General Assembly Resolution 194 was passed on 11^th December, 1948. It states that Palestinian and Jewish refugees should be permitted to return if they are willing to live in peace with their neighbours – with each other. The text of Article 11 states clearly…that all refugees wishing to return to their homes and to live in peace with their neighbours should be permitted to do so at the earliest practicable date, and that compensation should be paid for the properties and/or for the loss of, or damage to, properties of those that choose not to return. The Arab states originally rejected this resolution although, today, they often borrow it and use it in arguing for the Palestinians’ right to return. To me – and there is nothing moot about it – this refers to both the Jews and the Palestinians, but more especially to the Jews, since they left behind properties, wealth, and lands that together would make up four times the state of Israel. Refugees from the former Palestine Mandate are in an ambiguous position. UNRWA ‘working definition’ is only to ascertain who qualifies for UNRWA support while final borders are in dispute. Although this includes lineal descendants, UNRWA Mandate only extends to carrying out direct relief and works programmes for Palestine refugees; it neither defines refugees nor facilitates the right to return – Daniel: So how the Fuck in Heaven or in Hell – or HORSE-SHIT! All three begin with a Capital “H” – do they know the people they carry out relief and works programmes for are Palestinians, let alone Palestinian refugees? This is the kind of loop-hole the Con-UN and all the other Con-Syndicates exploit to the fullest possible profit and advantage – for the Con-UN and all the other Con-Syndicates!

The Statute of the UNHCR – United Nations High Commission for Refugees – defines refugees in respect to the right to return as follows:6. A. (i) Any person who has been considered a refugee under the Arrangements of 12^th May 1926, 30^th June 1928, the Conventions of 28^th October 1933 and 10^th February 1938, and the Protocol of 14^th September 1939, or the Constitution of the International Refugee Organization. (ii) Any person who, as a result of events occurring before 1^st January 1951, and due to a well-founded fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, or political opinion, is outside the country of his nationality and is unable or, due to the fear, or for reasons other than personal convenience, is unwilling or unable – or doesn’t want to, because he’s well-settled-down and too well-to-do – to avail himself of the protection of that country; or not having a nationality and being outside the country of his former habitual residence, is unable or, owing to such fear or for reasons other than personal convenience, is unwilling to return to it.

Has anyone noticed that there are tens of millions each of Palestinians, Lebanese, Syrians, Turks, Indians, Cubans, and every people of every nation or country on the planet who wouldn’t even dream of returning to, and couldn’t care less about, their home-lands, because they are too well-settled-down and too well-to-do? Why lose what they’ve already got for what they might, or might not, get? I ask you! The risk is real, too real and too great; the prize is too vague and too small – an illusion and a dream!

I was born in Ghana and I have a Ghanaian Birth Certificate; and I lived there for 32 years. I live in The Lion’s Den presently, which means that I have the right to return to Ghana if and when I choose and decide to, and the Ghanaian government and people would welcome me with wide open arms and open hearts – as for the women, they would include wide open legs, too! The crux of the matter is that Arab countries throughout the Middle East caused the exodus of the Palestinians and the Israelis in the first place – 286 and 366 – and have contributed to the problems between the Israelites and the Palestinians – and made them even worse, by not allowing Palestinian refugees to become citizens. They stoke false hopes of The Right to Return and let them rot in camps where there is no future. Yet Israel is the bad guy. Shame on the Arabs; they are no friends but the real enemies of the Palestinians! Also, the Palestinians themselves have done their utmost best – or their utmost worst – to complicate matters and make things much worse for both the Israelis and Palestinians!
