200: KOFI ANNAN’S LEGACY AND THE UN BRONTOSAURUS: Part I

NEW YORK: Former UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan FARTED on Thursday at an Award Receiving Ceremony that military action against Iran would be a real disaster, and the Middle East could explode if the international community didn’t handle the many conflicts in the region very carefully. He further FARTED that the only way to solve the impasse is through dialogues; and that there was quite a bit of hypocrisy on all sides in trying to resolve the 5-year conflict in the Sudan's Darfur region; especially in expecting the AU to take on the peacekeeping role/task when it didn't have the resources.

No doubt hypocrisy introduced and taught well to all concerned during his terms in office as The Secreted-Secret-Ayri of The Ultimate Nincompoops (The UN). Wasn’t and isn’t the peace-keeping role or task The UN’s duties and responsibilities in the first place? And wasn’t and isn’t it The UN that was/is supposed to either boost or replace The AU? I ASK YOU!

He also FARTED that he didn't have enough evidence or information to comment on the justification for the UNSC's demand that Iran suspend its uranium enrichment, yet asked the UNSC to stay its hand until its suspicions that Iran was secretly trying to produce weapons with its nuclear programmes are either validated or discarded.

And who - dear readers and fellow-Apes - do you think is expected to either validate or discard the suspicions? The IAEA, of course!

Asked how the international community should deal with Iran, he said dialogue was the only way.

John D. and Catherine T. Mac-Arthur must be twisting, turning, and squirming in their graves! If they were alive today they would shoot Kofi Annan twice; then once again for good measure; for promoting international “irresponsibility to protect.”
