US MILITARY DEATH-TOLL AND WOUNDED IN IRAQ

Daily from Monday 17th March to Sunday 23rd March 2008 and still going strong
As at Tuesday, 18th March, 2008, at least 3,996 members of the U.S. military have died since the beginning of the Iraq war in March 2003 - according to an Associated Press count. The figure includes eight military civilians. At least 3,253 were killed as a result of hostile action, according to the military's numbers.
Since the beginning of U.S. military operations in Iraq, 29,395 U.S. service members have been wounded in hostile action, according to the Defense Department's weekly tally.
Britain reported 175 deaths; Italy 33; Ukraine 18; Poland 21; Bulgaria 13; Spain 11; Denmark 7; El Salvador 5; Slovakia 4; Latvia 3; Estonia, Thailand, Romania, and the Netherlands 2 each; and Australia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, South Korea, one death each.

My comments: Dear readers and fellow-Apes; all of the above are true and, I must admit, painful and depressing, BUT! They are also absolutely unavoidable! Highly typical of The MMMMMMMMMMM-Media to dwell on and wallow in the shit and mud of the dead and the maimed in Iraq in order to fill their pages and air-time, but fail to mention the dead and maimed in the very home-lands of The US of AAAA - The United States of Adamant Asinine Ass-hole America - and the above-mentioned countries read my postings: see below!
3,996 dead! Why, these are fewer than those that died on 9/11alone! And 29,395 wounded and/or maimed! Why, these are fewer than those that were wounded and maimed for life on 9/11 alone; not to mention those that were later wounded and/or maimed for life physically or mentally - traumatized! I here mention Poland that lost 21, and remind the Polish Pole-heads that Poland was the first country to go under Hitler’s Nazis’ heels and that Hitler and his Nazis were nothing compared to what The USA and its allies are facing today.
