Part I

Honestly; the way the OTV Staff, with the help and support of the Al-Manar and NBN, Etc. Staff (neither Aoun nor any of his followers have enough brains to go it alone) have used (or should I say: misused) – selected scenes of the late Danny Chamoun’s life, work, and speeches, and spliced them together – to convince or inform viewers that the late Danny supported Aoun at the time is not only despicable and disgusting but pathetic, too, to boot! I told you: This guy will stop at nothing and stoop to anything!

At the time, hundreds of thousands of Lebanese – from all walks of life and from all sects and factions – supported Aoun; and all rushed to Baabda Palace to show and voice their support – even to the point of presenting him with their money, their gold, their jewelry, and even offering their lives, BUT! THAT WAS BEFORE THEY DISCOVERED THAT HE WAS MAD AND THAT HE WOULD DRAG THE WHOLE COUNTRY AND ITS PEOPLE THROUGH THE WORST DESTRUCTIVE MAELSTROM SINCE THE CIVIL WAR!

That was the last straw that broke Lebanon’s and the Lebanese camels’ back. Since then – that futile, farcical, and reckless folly and madness – Lebanon and the Lebanese have not known a single year of stability, peace, or prosperity.

Actually, and come to think of it today; it reminded me of the time – late 1930s to early 1940s – when millions of Germans – men, women, and children, but mostly misguided youths – HAILED AND HEILED HITLER (Adolph Hitler) as their leader and saviour; and as the man who would lead Germany to victory and THE THOUSAND-YEAR REICH. The only very slight difference: Hitler committed suicide; Aoun fled like a rat!

Part II

AOUN appeared on this same OTV and told the story of his life and how he met his wife.

Was he talking about the first time he met his wife before they got married, or the second time he met her after he’d deserted her and her three daughters – and his men, too – and fled to the French Embassy, and later to France?

A CRAVEN COWARD AND A CLOWN COMEDIAN, TOO, TO BOOT! BY GOD!

And this is the psychotic, schizophrenic, paranoid, rabid, and senile madman who would be our president? No way, José!

Aoun’s motto:

HE THAT RUNS AWAY TODAY

LIVES TO FART ANOTHER DAY

The Aounis’ motto: MAD, BUT RIGHT!

We and our leader may be mad, but that doesn’t mean we’re wrong, since he and we are always right even when we’re wrong, and never wrong even when we’re wrong!

Our leader does the wrong thing when it’s right for us and the right thing when it’s wrong for them!

And their logo: A ROTTEN ORANGE (HANGING IN THE AIR)

They should have made it:

A ROTTEN ORANGE ON A YELLOW PLATE WITH BLACK BORDERS

He, and they, may fool some of you out there, but not all of us are blind bats, banal baboons, craven cowards, deaf ducks, fumbling fools, gullible gulls, idiotic imbeciles, moron monkeys, or obtuse ostriches with bird flu in the brain!
